Catering Orders

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for all large orders serving 50 or more guests. Last minute orders will be accommodated when possible. Without adequate notice, some menu items may not be available. All orders can be placed via email, Instagram direct message or over the phone. Payment must be made when an order is placed and all catering orders will receive an official email confirmation within 2-3 business days. We recommend that you order smaller items directly through this site and that you also call or send a direct message with your order # to confirm order and pickup time. There is a $35 catering fee for all large catering orders serving 50 or more guests.


Individual boxes: Individual boxes or packaging is available upon request and may incur additional charges depending on the type of packaging.


You must notify us of all cancellations via phone. If we do not have at least a 24 hr cancellation notice for smaller orders, we have the right to deny a refund. Larger orders require at least 7 days of notice to be cancelled. Last minute cancellations are billable unless cancellation is due to inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies. Orders made in advanced may be adjusted or canceled at no extra expense with a minimum of 3 days’ notice.

Delivery and Pickup

When we confirm a delivery time and there is no one to receive the order, you will not be refunded. Orders that are placed for pick up and not picked up same-day will not be refunded. For all catering orders, delivery and set-up is 10% of the order. Additional delivery charges may be incurred for long distance orders. Additional delivery charges will be applied for orders placed for delivery and pickup between 9 pm and 8:30 am. We may be 5 to 15 minutes earlier or later than the designated catering delivery time. Upon arrival, we may need an escort for certain properties. It is the responsibility of the client to designate that escort and ensure the meeting of our associates in a timely manner


Some catering orders may require the use of equipment that is the property of The Chin Chin Lady. Clients are responsible for keeping the equipment safe and arranging for pick-up for this equipment. A fee may incur if equipment is damaged or misplaced.
